This travel nursing position in Sierra Vista’s emergency department is perfect for Registered Nurses eager to expand their expertise in a supportive, diverse environment. Schedule/Hours:

• Guaranteed 36 hours per week
• Four weekend shifts required every four weeks
• No call or float requirements

Qualifications:

• Active RN license
• Minimum 2 years of Emergency Room nursing experience
• Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, TNCC, PALS
• Prefer trauma and pediatric experience
• Strong adaptability, positive attitude, and collaborative spirit

Primary Duties:

• Deliver comprehensive emergency care across all patient populations—trauma, cardiac, stroke, psych, and medical emergencies
• Manage patient ratios: 4:1 (pods), 2:1 (critical), 6:1 (fast track)
• Efficiently utilize Cerner EHR system
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain compliance with facility policies and high clinical standards
