Qualifications:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania
• RN required; BSN preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of emergency room nursing experience
• Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Completion of PA Act 31, PA Act 33, PA Act 34, PA Act 73 requirements
• Proficiency in Basic Cardiac Dysrhythmia Interpretation

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver expert, prompt, and compassionate care to emergency room patients
• Rapidly assess and triage urgent medical situations
• Administer medications, conduct interventions, and monitor critical changes
• Collaborate closely with ER providers, techs, and ancillary staff to ensure seamless patient care
• Document care efficiently, following facility protocols and regulatory standards
