Registered Nurse - Emergency Room (ER RN) - Spring Lake, Michigan

Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse with a background in emergency room care to provide acute patient services in a dynamic healthcare environment. Key Qualifications:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Recent experience in an Emergency Room (ER) setting required
• Comprehensive knowledge of emergency nursing practices, protocols, and procedures
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
• Excellent critical thinking and rapid assessment abilities
• Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with physicians and fellow nurses
• Ability to remain composed, compassionate, and detail-oriented in urgent situations

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct nursing care to patients presenting with urgent and emergent medical needs
• Rapidly assess, triage, and prioritize patient care in accordance with ER protocols
• Administer medications, fluids, and treatments safely and accurately
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond promptly to changes in condition
• Document patient history, findings, and interventions accurately in the medical record
• Coordinate with physicians, specialists, and support staff to ensure quality care
• Educate patients and families regarding treatments, discharge instructions, and follow-up care
• Comply with all facility policies and safety regulations
