Required Qualifications:

• Active RN license, eligible for licensure in Pennsylvania
• Minimum one year of current Emergency Room experience
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (must be active)
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and adaptability in high-pressure situations

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide prompt, efficient, and compassionate emergency care to diverse patient populations
• Triage, assess, and implement individualized interventions as required
• Collaborate with physicians, support staff, and ancillary teams for optimal patient outcomes
• Document nursing assessments, interventions, and responses accurately and timely
