Registered Nurse - Emergency Room in Stone Mountain, GA

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Active and unencumbered RN license
• Minimum of 1 year of recent Emergency Room (ER) nursing experience
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• TNCC and PALS certifications preferred
• Strong clinical assessment, triage, and critical thinking abilities
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Adaptable to dynamic, high-acuity settings and able to multi-task efficiently

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Emergency Room, from triage to post-stabilization
• Perform accurate, rapid assessments and respond swiftly to evolving patient needs
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, document interventions, and communicate effectively with physicians and multidisciplinary teams
• Provide education, support, and compassionate care for patients and families in crisis
• Maintain ER safety protocols and contribute to a collaborative and supportive unit culture
• Follow all facility policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines
