Qualifications:

• Current, unrestricted RN license
• Proven experience as an ER Registered Nurse
• Strong triage skills and experience managing acute patient care
• BLS and ACLS certifications (additional certifications may be required)
• Ability to quickly adapt to new environments and protocols
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive, high-quality nursing care to patients in the ER
• Respond swiftly to emergencies, providing accurate assessment, triage, and intervention
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care
• Document all patient interactions and care in accordance with facility policies
• Educate patients and families about treatments and follow-up care
