Schedule:

• Travel/Contract assignment—flexible week-to-week needs

Qualifications:

• Active RN license (VT or compact)
• At least 1 year experience in an ER setting preferred
• ACLS, BLS, and PALS (or ENPC) certifications active before your start date (or proof of enrollment in an upcoming course)
• Strong clinical assessment and patient advocacy skills
• Ability to lead and delegate in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:

• Deliver age-specific, direct patient care using the Nursing Process
• Ensure compliance with State and Federal regulations, as well as nursing standards
• Assume leadership responsibilities including mentorship and effective delegation
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver optimal patient outcomes
