Travel Emergency Room Nurse (RN) - Tampa, FL

Schedule/Hours:

• 36 hours per week
• 13+ week assignment
• 12-hour night shifts (3 shifts per week)
• Available start dates: 5/4; 5/18
• Every other weekend required
• No call

In this role, you’ll expand your ER experience, work with advanced EMR systems like EPIC, and contribute to exceptional patient care across different units as you float to areas within your skillset throughout the facility.

Qualifications:

• Active RN license (Compact accepted)
• Minimum 1 year of recent ER experience
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (AHA)
• NIH Stroke Scale certification in hand
• EPIC EMR proficiency highly valued
• Comfortable floating to similar units as needed

Responsibilities:

• Deliver expert emergency care to a diverse patient population
• Participate in a daily 15-minute pre-shift huddle (compensated)
• Adapt seamlessly to varied workflows and cross-functional teams
• Adhere to facility protocols while maintaining compassionate bedside manner
• Collaborate effectively with physicians and clinical staff
