Schedule/Hours:
- 7p – 7a shifts
- 36 guaranteed hours per week
- Four weekend shifts in four weeks
- No call requirements
Qualifications:
- Active Registered Nurse license
- Minimum 2 years of ER experience required
- Certifications: ACLS, PALS, BLS, TNCC
- Trauma and pediatric background preferred
- Adaptable, resilient, and collaborative character
Responsibilities:
- Deliver skilled emergency nursing care to a wide patient population (trauma, STEMI, cardiac, stroke, psych, pediatrics, and more)
- Manage patient loads as follows: 4:1 for pod patients, 2:1 critical, 6:1 fast track
- Safely administer medications and interventions following best practices
- Document care in Cerner EHR
- Adhere to uncompromising safety and infection control standards
- Foster positive relationships with patients and colleagues
