Registered Nurse - Emergency Room in Trinidad, CA

Schedule/Hours:

• Flexible shifts may be available based on clinical needs
• Full-time, 40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:

• Triage and assess patients presenting with diverse, urgent medical conditions
• Initiate and manage patient care plans quickly, accurately, and compassionately
• Administer medications, manage IVs, and monitor vital signs in compliance with hospital protocols
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver comprehensive care
• Maintain precise, detailed records and facilitate smooth transitions of care
• Provide emotional support and clear communication to patients and families during critical situations

Qualifications:

• Active RN license with eligibility to practice in California
• Minimum of 1 year current experience in an emergency room setting
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Proven ability to manage high-stress environments with sound clinical judgment
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
