Key Responsibilities:

• Triage and assess patients presenting to the Emergency Room with a variety of acute and urgent conditions.
• Administer medications, monitor patient status, and document care in compliance with established protocols.
• Support physicians with emergency procedures, diagnostic testing, and ongoing patient stabilization.
• Educate patients and family members regarding diagnoses, treatment options, and care plans.
• Respond promptly and effectively to rapid response codes or emergencies within the department.
• Ensure safe and effective patient handoff to incoming shifts and coordinate with other care units as needed.

Qualifications:

• Valid and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Prior experience working in an Emergency Room or Emergency Department.
• Current certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).
• Proficiency in triage, emergency assessments, and trauma care standards.
• Excellent communication skills, ability to remain calm under pressure, and strong critical-thinking abilities.
