Registered Nurse - Emergency Room in Valdosta, GA

Schedule & Hours:

• 3x12-hour night shifts (19:00 - 07:00)
• Weekends required every other week (Friday through Sunday)
• No on-call duty
• Floating may be required, including to the COVID unit

Qualifications:

• Active GA or compact RN license
• Minimum of 2 years’ recent ER experience
• Current certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, CPI, NIH, and TNCC (must have TNCC in hand at time of application)
• EPIC charting proficiency
• Willingness to float as needed

Preferred Experience:

• Previous work in a Level I Trauma Center
• Experience managing ventilated patients
• Strong triage experience
• First-time travelers welcome, though previous travel experience is preferred

• Care for a diverse patient population in a non-trauma-designated facility that sees cases including DKA, COPD, stroke, chest pain, abdominal pain, and psychiatric presentations
