Schedule & Setting

• 13-week travel assignment
• 3x12-hour night shifts
• 12-bed Emergency Department
• Typical nurse-to-patient ratio: 1:4 (may flex to 1:6)
• 24/7 MD coverage, additional APP support on swing shift

Qualifications

• Current RN license, with experience in Emergency or ED settings
• Prior rural or critical access hospital practice strongly preferred
• Demonstrated experience meeting the needs of Indigenous patient populations
• Adaptable to fluctuating census and acuity in a small ED
• Must have reliable personal transportation (own vehicle required)
• Candidates must live over 60 miles from assignment location

$2,141 - $2,258/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
