Registered Nurse - Emergency Room in Warren, MI

Schedule:

• 3 shifts per week, 12-hour nights (7:00pm – 7:30am)
• No block scheduling
• No on-call requirements

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse, licensed in the State of Michigan
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
• Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications required
• Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification preferred
• Minimum of one year recent emergency room experience
• Strong triage, assessment, and clinical decision-making skills

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients with diverse medical emergencies
• Rapidly assess and prioritize patient needs in a dynamic ER environment
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and perform necessary interventions
• Collaborate effectively with physicians and the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory and facility standards
• Provide compassionate support and education to patients and families during challenging situations
