Registered Nurse - Emergency Room (ER RN) - Warwick, Rhode Island

Seeking experienced registered nurses to provide excellent patient care in a fast-paced emergency department for a 13-week assignment. You’ll be instrumental in delivering critical, lifesaving interventions and collaborating with a skilled clinical team. The role requires strong clinical judgment, compassion, and the ability to manage acute situations while maintaining clear communication with both healthcare professionals and patients' families.

Schedule:

• 3 shifts per week, 12-hour nights

Qualifications:

• Current, active RN license in Rhode Island (RI License)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
• Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification
• Previous emergency room (ER) nursing experience preferred
• Strong assessment, triage, and prioritization skills
• Excellent interpersonal and critical thinking abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Triage and provide nursing care for patients with diverse medical conditions in the ER
• Perform rapid, accurate assessments and administer appropriate interventions
• Collaborate with the emergency healthcare team to deliver patient-centered care
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and follow all hospital policies, protocols, and safety standards
• Provide education and emotional support to patients and families during critical situations
• Participate in orientation sessions scheduled every other weekend, with flexible start dates (11/23, 12/7, or 12/21)

$2,211 - $2,419/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 36 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
