Qualifications:

• Active RN license required
• Minimum of 1 year experience in an Emergency Room setting
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Strong assessment, triage, and documentation skills
• Ability to remain composed under pressure and handle a fluctuating patient load
• Excellent interpersonal communication, teamwork, and time management abilities

Responsibilities:

• Perform rapid and accurate triage of incoming patients
• Administer medications and treatments per established protocols
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated care
• Monitor patient progress, respond to changes in condition, and implement necessary interventions
• Maintain meticulous records and ensure compliance with all safety guidelines
• Educate patients and families on post-discharge care and emergency follow-up
