Registered Nurse - Emergency Room in Waxhaw, NC

Qualifications:

• Current and valid RN license
• Previous experience in Emergency Room or acute care settings
• Strong clinical assessment and triage skills

• Proficient in collaborating with physicians and support staff
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (as required)
• Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation abilities

Schedule:

• 12-hour shifts
• Night shift availability required

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients experiencing acute illnesses or trauma
• Performs rapid assessment and initiates appropriate interventions
• Monitor vital signs, record data, and notify physicians of patient changes
• Administer medications, IVs, and treatments swiftly and accurately
• Support patients and families, delivering clear communication and education
• Ensure compliance with safety, infection control, and patient confidentiality protocols
• Participate in code responses and emergency procedures as needed
