Key Qualifications:

• Current and unrestricted RN license
• Minimum of one year of recent experience in an Emergency Room (ER) setting
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required; Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) preferred

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct patient care to individuals requiring emergency services, including triage, assessment, treatment, and documentation
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions consistent with ER protocols
• Monitor patient status and quickly respond to evolving care needs
• Maintain accurate charting and ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures
• Provide patient and family education and emotional support during challenging situations
