Registered Nurse - Emergency Room in West Chester, OH

Schedule:

• Five night shifts per week

Qualifications and Experience:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required
• Previous experience in an Emergency Room setting (at least Level I Trauma Center experience is a must)
• Ability to remain effective under pressure in a rapidly changing environment
• Strong decision-making skills, clinical judgment, and the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively
• Willingness to adhere to a 75-mile radius rule for applicants

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver hands-on nursing care to patients facing acute illnesses, injuries, and trauma
• Accurately assess, monitor, and document patient status
• Triage patients alongside team members and prioritize care delivery
• Provide patient and family education and emotional support
• Coordinate with physicians and multidisciplinary staff to ensure high-quality treatment

$2,193 - $2,312/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
