Registered Nurse - Emergency Room (ER RN) - West Chester, Ohio

Qualifications:

• Active and unencumbered RN license
• Minimum of one year recent experience in an emergency room (ER) environment
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and triage abilities
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
• Familiarity with electronic medical records and documentation standards

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive care to patients presenting in the emergency department, including assessment, intervention, evaluation, and documentation
• Triage incoming patients and prioritize care based on acuity
• Administer medications, treatments, and physician-prescribed interventions safely and effectively
• Monitor patients’ conditions and respond rapidly to changes in status
• Provide emotional support and education to patients and families during critical situations
• Collaborate with ER staff, physicians, and ancillary departments to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment in compliance with regulatory guidelines

$2,178 - $2,304/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
