Registered Nurse - Emergency Room (ER RN) - West Chester, Ohio

Qualifications:

• Active RN license (compact or state-specific, as required)
• Minimum of 1 year recent experience in Emergency Room nursing
• BLS and ACLS certifications; PALS and TNCC preferred

• Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure

• Conduct rapid patient assessments and perform effective triage in accordance with emergency protocols

• Assist physicians with procedures and monitor patient status

• Document all interventions, medications, and observations accurately in electronic health records
• Respond promptly to changes in patient conditions and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
• Communicate clearly with patients and families, providing education and support as needed
