Travel Registered Nurse - Emergency Room (ER RN) - West Hartford, CT

As an experienced Emergency Department RN, you’ll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and encounter a wide array of clinical scenarios that will challenge you and expand your knowledge base. Schedule/Hours

• 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM shifts
• 36 hours per week
• Every other weekend rotation

Qualifications

• Active RN license
• Recent experience in an Emergency Department
• Confident with ED holds as needed
• Strong assessment, triage, and communication abilities
• Adaptability in fast-paced or evolving patient care environments

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care in the emergency setting, addressing urgent and emergent needs
• Effectively manage and support patients experiencing ED holds
• Collaborate with medical staff and ancillary departments to ensure excellent patient outcomes
• Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and progress
• Participate in decision-making and initiatives that enhance department quality and safety
