Schedule:

• 7:00 pm – 7:30 am
• 36 hours per week
• Every other weekend rotation

Desired Qualifications:

• Current RN license
• Minimum of one year recent experience in a high-acuity ER setting
• Capable of managing both ED and inpatient hold assignments and ratios
• Strong clinical judgment and effective decision-making under pressure
• Excellent communication and patient advocacy skills

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care in both the emergency department and inpatient unit as needed
• Rapidly assess, triage, and manage patient care in emergent situations
• Collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal care
• Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes
• Provide patient and family education with compassion and clarity
