Schedule/Hours:

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license in good standing
• Minimum one year of recent Emergency Room experience
• BLS and ACLS certifications required; TNCC or PALS preferred
• Strong assessment and triage skills
• Ability to stay calm and focused in high-pressure scenarios
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Triage patients and rapidly assess their condition
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and implement physician orders
• Provide timely and accurate documentation of patient care
• Collaborate closely with ER staff, physicians, and support personnel
• Educate patients and families on post-discharge care instructions
• Ensure a safe, supportive environment for patients and team members
• Respond swiftly to changes in patient condition and execute emergency interventions
