Qualifications:

• Active, unrestricted RN license
• Minimum of one year recent experience in an Emergency Room setting
• Strong assessment, triage, and critical thinking abilities
• ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications required
• Proficient with electronic medical records and documentation
• Demonstrated ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure

Schedule:

• Hours and shifts will be discussed to best fit facility needs and your availability

Responsibilities:

• Provide immediate and effective nursing care to patients with acute and emergent conditions
• Quickly assess patient conditions, prioritize care, and implement interventions according to hospital protocols
• Administer medications, initiate IVs, and assist with advanced procedures
• Collaborate with physicians, multidisciplinary teams, and families to support optimal patient outcomes
• Respond promptly to codes, traumas, and other critical events
• Ensure a strong focus on safety, patient advocacy, and compassion throughout the shift
• Maintain accurate documentation of care, interventions, and observations
