Registered Nurse - Emergency Room (ER RN) - Winder, GA

Key Qualifications:

• Active RN license, in good standing
• Minimum of 1 year recent experience in an Emergency Room setting
• Proficiency in advanced cardiac life support (ACLS), basic life support (BLS), and pediatric advanced life support (PALS) certifications required
• Strong critical thinking and assessment skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities
• Ability to quickly adapt to changing conditions and priorities

Responsibilities:

• Triage and assess patients to determine urgency and appropriate treatment plans
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and provide emergency interventions
• Collaborate with physicians, providers, and interdisciplinary teams
• Document patient care accurately in electronic health records
• Assist with procedures and treatments in accordance with current protocols
• Provide education and support to patients and their families during difficult situations
