Travel Registered Nurse - Emergency Room (ER RN) - Winston-Salem, North Carolina

Schedule/Hours:

• 3x12s, Mid shifts (1:00 pm–1:30 am; potential for 3:00 pm–3:00 am as needed)
• Every other weekend (more if available/appreciated)
• Holidays as needed

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Active RN license with minimum 2 years' Emergency Department experience (combined Adult/Pediatric ED)
• First-time travelers are welcome
• Current BLS, ACLS, NIH Stroke Scale, and PALS certifications (TNCC preferred)
• Charge RN experience preferred
• Ability to accurately interpret and manage dysrhythmias
• Skilled in phlebotomy, IV starts, and triage
• Proficiency in EPIC (Cerner experience a plus)
• Comfortable with a 1:4 nurse-to-patient ratio
• Willingness to float between sister Emergency Departments as assigned

• Perform thorough triage, initiate treatment plans, and manage critical interventions
• Interpret cardiac rhythms and respond to arrhythmias efficiently
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Float between designated facilities to support care continuity and resource needs
