Qualifications:

• Active RN licensure in Pennsylvania
• BSN preferred
• Minimum 2 years of RN First Assist experience required
• Current BLS certification
• Compliance with PA Act 31, 33, 34, and 73
• Solid understanding of perioperative nursing standards and best practices

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with surgeons and OR teams, providing expert first assist during operative procedures
• Prepare and maintain the operating room, instruments, and sterile field
• Offer advanced perioperative care, supporting patient safety and effective surgical outcomes
• Document care and maintain compliance with hospital and regulatory standards
