Qualifications/Desired Experience:
- Active RN license (compact or Massachusetts)
- RNFA certification required
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in RN First Assist roles
- Strong intraoperative and aseptic technique knowledge
- BLS and ACLS certification
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and critical thinking skills
Key Responsibilities:
