Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Active RN license (compact or Massachusetts)
• RNFA certification required
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in RN First Assist roles
• Strong intraoperative and aseptic technique knowledge
• BLS and ACLS certification
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and critical thinking skills
