Qualifications:

• Current and valid RN license
• Minimum of one year recent experience in an Intensive Care Unit (ICU) setting
• Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities, especially in urgent situations
• Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR) and monitoring equipment
• BLS and ACLS certifications (active and up-to-date)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor patients' condition, recognize changes, and escalate concerns appropriately
• Administer medications, IV drips, and treatments according to established protocols
• Coordinate and communicate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient progress thoroughly and accurately
• Educate patients and families regarding care plans, procedures, and ongoing needs
• Maintain compliance with safety protocols and quality standards
