Preferred Qualifications:

  • Active, unencumbered RN license
  • Minimum one year of recent ICU nursing experience
  • Current BLS and ACLS certifications
  • Proficiency with electronic health records
  • Strong assessment and critical thinking abilities
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions, responding swiftly to changes
  • Implement physician orders and oversee medication administration
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate individualized care plans
  • Support patients and families with education, updates, and emotional care
  • Safeguard patient safety and adhere to infection control standards
  • Participate in rounds and contribute to quality improvement initiatives
