Schedule/Hours:

  • Per diem shifts, offering flexibility to accommodate your availability

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Active and unencumbered RN license
  • Minimum of one year experience in an ICU/critical care setting preferred
  • Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
  • Strong clinical assessment skills and ability to respond to high-acuity cases
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork abilities
  • Proficient in electronic medical record documentation

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver evidence-based care to critically ill patients within the ICU
  • Monitor and respond promptly to changes in patient condition
  • Administer medications and manage advanced life support equipment
  • Collaborate closely with physicians, respiratory therapists, and allied health staff
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments and create appropriate care plans
  • Provide emotional support and clear communication to patients and families
  • Uphold infection control protocols and patient safety guidelines
