Schedule:

• 3x12 hour shifts
• Both day and night positions available
• 36 hours per week guaranteed

Desired Qualifications:

• Active California RN license in good standing
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required; NRP highly preferred
• Minimum of two years' current ICU RN experience, including recent charge/supervisory responsibilities
• Flexible and ready to float to ER, ICU, and Med/Surg for coverage as needed
• Negative TB screening within the past 12 months

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee nursing operations as house supervisor, fostering a supportive and safe patient care environment
• Step into direct clinical roles and assist with patient care during peak need or staff breaks
• Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless coverage and quality outcomes
