Deliver critical care with confidence in a dynamic ICU environment. This contract opportunity calls for skilled Registered Nurses experienced in intensive care settings to provide comprehensive patient support during each shift. Your expertise will help ensure optimal outcomes for patients requiring a high level of medical attention.

Schedule/Hours:

  • Full-time, 40 hours per week

Key Qualifications:

  • Current and active RN license
  • Proven experience working in ICU settings
  • Advanced knowledge of critical care protocols, interventions, and technologies
  • Ability to respond quickly and effectively in high-pressure situations
  • Proficient in communication, with strong documentation skills
  • Current BLS and ACLS certifications required

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct patient care to critically ill individuals, closely monitoring vital signs and responding to rapidly changing conditions
  • Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to implement customized care plans
  • Administer medications, treatments, and life-support interventions according to established protocols
  • Utilize critical thinking and clinical judgment to address patient needs and escalate concerns as necessary
  • Maintain detailed, accurate patient records in compliance with hospital standards and privacy regulations
