Schedule:

  • 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM
  • Rotating nights; variable scheduling based on census and acuity

Qualifications:

  • Current RN license with proven experience in ICU settings (medical, surgical, neuro, or trauma)
  • Active BLS and ACLS certifications required
  • Strongly preferred: TNCC certification and at least 2 years of ICU experience
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment—flexible, positive, and committed to patient-centered care
  • Proficiency with Meditech EMR and familiarity with ICU equipment such as Pyxis, Plum Pump IVs, GE bedside monitors, Nelcor, and Artic Sun systems
  • Solid communication and collaboration skills are a must

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver critical nursing care to diverse patient populations, including neuro surgical, trauma, cardiac arrest, respiratory arrest, substance withdrawal, and all ventilated cases
  • Work closely with Intensivists and multidisciplinary teams under a typical 1:2 nurse-to-patient ratio, adaptable based on acuity
  • Participate in a collaborative environment where mentoring, learning, and mutual respect are part of the culture
  • Maintain accurate documentation, follow unit policies, and prioritize safety and exceptional patient outcomes
