Critical Care Nurse in Atlanta, GA

Key Qualifications:

• Active RN license in good standing
• Minimum of 1 year recent experience in an Intensive Care Unit
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Proficiency with common ICU equipment and charting systems
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities

Primary Responsibilities:

• Monitor, assess, and document changes in patients’ conditions
• Administer medications, therapies, and treatments safely and accurately
• Operate and troubleshoot specialized ICU equipment
• Collaborate with physicians and the broader care team on care plans and interventions
• Provide education and support to patients and their families
• Adhere to hospital protocols and maintain a safe, clean environment
