Key Details:

• Schedule/Hours: 36 hours per week

Qualifications:

• Current and active RN license
• Minimum of one year ICU experience (recent within the past 12 months preferred)
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
• Experience with ventilators, drips, and other ICU-specific interventions

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients
• Monitor, assess, and document patient condition and progress
• Coordinate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams for care planning
• Perform interventions and administer medications as prescribed
• Respond promptly to emergencies and rapidly changing patient conditions
• Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and post-discharge care
