This travel role is ideal for experienced ICU RNs who are eager to enrich their clinical knowledge and adapt to diverse workplace practices. Responsibilities:

• Deliver compassionate, evidence-based care to critically ill patients in the intensive care unit
• Monitor, assess, and promptly respond to rapidly changing patient conditions
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams including physicians, respiratory therapists, and allied health staff
• Administer medications, manage ventilators, and perform invasive interventions as needed
• Document all assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in electronic medical records
• Uphold infection control and safety protocols at all times
• Provide education and support to patients and their families during difficult situations

Qualifications:

• Current and unencumbered RN license
• Minimum 1 year recent experience in an ICU setting required
• BLS and ACLS certifications are mandatory
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills
• Flexibility and adaptability in fast-paced, high-acuity environments
• Previous travel nursing experience preferred, but not required
