Qualifications:

• Active RN license in good standing
• Minimum of one year recent experience in an Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
• Strong critical thinking and assessment skills
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Ability to remain calm and efficient during emergencies
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients, collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams
• Conduct ongoing patient assessments, monitor vital signs, and respond promptly to changes in patient condition
• Administer medications, manage ventilators, and operate advanced life support equipment
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and care teams to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care
