Desired Qualifications:

• Active and unencumbered RN license
• Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in ICU or CVICU settings
• Proven ability to manage high-acuity patients with complex needs
• Advanced knowledge of critical care procedures, equipment, and pharmacology
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Strong assessment and clinical decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality care to critically ill adults, closely monitoring and assessing changes in patient condition
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to implement and evaluate individualized care plans
• Administer medications, operate advanced life-support equipment, and oversee complex interventions
• Document patient status, treatments, and care activities promptly and accurately in medical records
