Schedule/Hours:

• 36 hours per week
• Day/night rotating shifts
• Inclusion of weekends and holidays

Qualifications:

• Current RN license with eligibility for Massachusetts
• Minimum of 2 years’ recent ICU experience
• At least 1 year of previous travel nursing experience
• BLS and ACLS certifications preferred

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive care to critically ill patients in the ICU
• Monitor, assess, and document patient responses to interventions
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
• Educate patients and families on treatment options and post-discharge care
• Maintain accurate, timely medical documentation
• Adhere strictly to infection control policies and evidence-based ICU protocols
