Schedule/Hours:

  • 36 hours per week
  • Nights: 3x12-hour shifts (7:15pm – 7:15am)
  • Includes weekend and rotating holiday coverage

Qualifications:

  • Current RN license
  • Minimum of one year recent ICU nursing experience
  • BLS and ACLS certifications required
  • Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and adjust to new protocols

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver evidence-based care to critically ill patients in an ICU setting
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Monitor patient condition, administer medications, and provide interventions as needed
  • Offer compassionate support to patients and their families
  • Ensure accuracy in documentation and patient records
  • Uphold safety and infection control standards
