Schedule/Hours:

  • Full-time assignment
  • Rotating day and night shifts, with every other weekend coverage

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Active RN license (Massachusetts or compact state)
  • Minimum of two years’ recent RN ICU experience
  • BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA required)
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver safe, evidence-based care to critically ill patients in the ICU
  • Respond effectively to rapid changes in patient condition
  • Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and support staff
  • Perform thorough assessments, interpret labs and diagnostic results, and implement appropriate interventions
  • Educate patients and families, providing compassionate support during high-acuity situations

$2,178 - $2,304/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
