Qualifications:

• Current RN license (state or multistate compact)
• ICU or Cardiovascular experience strongly preferred
• Excellent critical thinking skills and the ability to act decisively
• Strong attendance required due to strict 3-strike policy
• BLS and ACLS certification

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver expert care to complex cardiovascular patients, including post-op open heart and interventional procedures
• Monitor, assess, and respond to rapidly changing patient conditions
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team supporting optimal patient outcomes
• Participate in continuing education and quality improvement initiatives
