Critical Care Registered Nurse - Boynton Beach, Florida

Qualifications:

• Active, unencumbered RN license
• Minimum of 1 year of recent ICU nursing experience required
• Advanced knowledge of ICU protocols, equipment, and emergency interventions
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA)
• Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU
• Monitor patients’ vital signs, administer medications, and perform complex assessments
• Respond rapidly and appropriately to changes in patient conditions
• Collaborate closely with physicians, specialists, and allied health professionals on patient management
• Document care accurately and promptly in accordance with facility standards
• Advocate for patients and communicate effectively with family members
