Key Qualifications:

• Active RN license in good standing
• Minimum of 1 year recent experience in an Intensive Care Unit (ICU) setting
• ACLS and BLS certifications required
• Proficient in critical care skills, including ventilator management, titration of IV drips, and interpreting cardiac rhythms
• Strong clinical assessment capabilities and rapid response skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to acutely ill patients in the ICU
• Monitor, assess, and document patient condition changes
• Administer medications, manage drips, and operate advanced life-support equipment
• Collaborate closely with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals
• Provide support and education to patients’ families regarding condition and care plans
• Ensure all care documentation is accurate, timely, and thorough according to facility and regulatory standards
• Adhere strictly to infection control and patient safety protocols
