Schedule/Hours

• Nights only
• 2 ICU night shifts: 5:00pm – 5:30am
• Requirement to float between ICU, Telemetry, and Med/Surg as needed

Desired Experience/Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing
• Minimum of one year recent ICU experience; Telemetry and Med/Surg experience a plus
• Proficiency managing high-acuity patient populations
• Willingness to float between ICU, Telemetry, and Med/Surg
• Strong communication and adaptability skills

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive critical care to ICU patients, monitoring complex conditions
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Document care and communicate status changes professionally and promptly
• Float to Telemetry and Med/Surg, providing patient-centered care and support
