Schedule/Hours:

• Only night shifts available
• 5:00 pm – 5:30 am

Qualifications & Experience:

• Active RN license required (state of Illinois or compact)
• Minimum of one year current ICU nursing experience preferred
• Willingness to float between ICU, Telemetry, and Med/Surg units
• Strong critical thinking, assessment, and communication skills
• Adaptability and a collaborative approach to working with multi-disciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based care to critically ill patients in the ICU
• Monitor and manage complex patient conditions and respond to rapid changes
• Accurately document patient care activities and adhere to hospital protocols
• Serve as an active contributor when floating to Telemetry and Med/Surg units
• Maintain a patient-centered focus, collaborating with families and care teams
