Required Schedule/Hours:

  • Contract-based assignment

Qualifications:

  • Active RN license with good standing
  • Minimum of 1 year of recent ICU nursing experience (adult or pediatric)
  • Proficient in critical care procedures, medication administration, and ventilator management
  • ACLS and BLS certifications required
  • Strong assessment, clinical judgment, and patient monitoring abilities
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct patient care in the intensive care unit, including assessments, planning, implementation, and evaluation
  • Monitor patients with complex conditions and respond swiftly to changes in status
  • Administer medications, manage intravenous lines, and provide advanced life support interventions as needed
  • Collaborate with physicians, allied health professionals, and patient families for comprehensive care coordination
  • Maintain accurate medical records and uphold all facility policies, procedures, and safety protocols
  • Educate patients and families on procedures, treatments, and post-discharge care as appropriate

$1,895 - $2,074/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 36 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
