Schedule/Hours:
- 36 hours per week
- Day/night rotating shifts
- Weekends and holidays required
Responsibilities include:
- Delivering high-quality, compassionate care to critically ill patients in the ICU
- Monitoring and interpreting vital signs, ventilator settings, and complex clinical data
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to implement tailored care plans
- Supporting and communicating with patients’ families during challenging situations
- Maintaining detailed and accurate patient records in compliance with hospital standards
Qualifications and experience:
- Current, active RN license
- Minimum of 2 years recent ICU experience
- At least 1 year of prior travel nursing experience
- Advanced knowledge of critical care equipment, monitoring, and interventions
- Ability to adapt to new environments and hospital systems quickly
- Excellent critical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills
