Travel ICU RN - Brockton, MA

Deliver exceptional care in a dynamic critical care environment, utilizing your expertise in intensive care nursing. This contract role calls for a Registered Nurse skilled in ICU settings to provide high-quality patient care while working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.

Schedule/Hours:

• 36 hours per week
• Balanced split of day and night shifts (50/50)
• Every other weekend (EOW) and every other holiday (EOH) required

Qualifications:

• Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 2 years of recent acute care inpatient or current ICU nursing experience
• At least 1 year of prior travel nursing experience
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to varying shifts and patient needs
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU
• Monitor, assess, and document patient progress, responding rapidly to changing conditions
• Administer medications, manage advanced life support equipment, and implement individualized care plans
• Coordinate care with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals
• Educate patients and their families about treatment plans and ongoing care requirements
• Maintain compliance with infection control protocols and accreditation standards
