Schedule/Hours:

• 12-hour nights (NOCs)
• Guaranteed 36 hours/week except during orientation week
• Every other weekend & holiday

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of recent ICU nursing experience
• Completion of at least 1 travel assignment
• Wisconsin RN license
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications (documents required at submission)
• Recent Epic charting experience (within past 12 months)
• Resilient, adaptable, and sociable personality
• COVID-19 vaccine (unless medical/religious exemption)

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver expert nursing care within a 10-bed ICU
• Effectively float between sister facilities based on census without exceeding clinical skill set
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams
• Adapt to evolving clinical environments while maintaining high standards
• Uphold infection control and safety protocols
