Travel Critical Care Nurse in Brookfield, WI

Schedule/Hours:

• 12-hour night shifts (NOCs)
• 36 hours guaranteed per week (excluding orientation/holidays)
• Every other weekend and holiday required

Key Qualifications:

• Active RN license in Wisconsin
• Minimum 3 years of ICU experience
• At least 1 completed travel nursing contract
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS (must be current and submitted pre-assignment)
• Experience with Epic charting within the past 12 months
• Strong adaptability, resilience, and teamwork skills
• COVID-19 vaccination (unless exempt for medical or religious reasons)

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide exemplary patient care in a 10-bed ICU unit
• Demonstrate flexibility by floating to Oconomowoc Memorial Hospital and Mukwonago locations as needed
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Adapt quickly to changing clinical environments and care demands
• Maintain accurate electronic documentation and uphold the highest standards of patient safety
