Schedule/Hours:
- 12-hour nights (NOCs)
- Guaranteed 36 hours/week except during orientation week
- Every other weekend & holiday
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of recent ICU nursing experience
- Completion of at least 1 travel assignment
- Wisconsin RN license
- Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications (documents required at submission)
- Recent Epic charting experience (within past 12 months)
- Resilient, adaptable, and sociable personality
- COVID-19 vaccine (unless medical/religious exemption)
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver expert nursing care within a 10-bed ICU
- Effectively float between sister facilities based on census without exceeding clinical skill set
- Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams
- Adapt to evolving clinical environments while maintaining high standards
- Uphold infection control and safety protocols
