Travel Intensive Care RN | Brookfield, Wisconsin

As an RN in the ICU, you’ll work alongside a dedicated team and adapt to diverse clinical environments, gaining valuable exposure to varying workplace methodologies and leadership styles at multiple leading healthcare facilities. This 13-week assignment is ideal for those seeking to broaden their clinical acumen, expand their resume, and discover new pathways in critical care nursing.

Schedule/Hours:

• 12-hour overnight shifts (NOCs)
• 36 guaranteed hours per week
• Every other weekend and holiday coverage required

Qualifications:

• Valid WI RN license
• Active BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications (documentation required upon application)
• Minimum 3 years’ recent ICU experience
• At least one completed travel assignment
• Experience with Epic charting (within the last 12 months)
• COVID-19 vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions considered)
• Strong adaptability, resilience, excellent social/interpersonal skills

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-level ICU care in a 10-bed unit, maintaining standard patient ratios
• Float as needed to other local hospitals or units (never outside your skill set)
• Engage in collaborative patient care, adapting to shifting patient acuity and census demands
• Embody professionalism and adaptability during unit transitions and cross-facility teamwork
