Schedule/Hours:
- 36 hours per week
- Day/night rotating shifts
- Includes weekends and holidays
Qualifications:
- Current RN license
- Minimum of 2 years of recent ICU experience
- At least 1 year of travel nursing experience
- Strong critical thinking and rapid assessment skills
- Exceptional communication and teamwork abilities
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, compassionate care to critically ill patients
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary medical teams to develop and implement care plans
- Monitor and document patient progress, utilizing the latest technologies
- Respond decisively in emergency situations
- Provide patient and family education and support
